Cara Komplain:
Kami selalu berusaha memberi pelayanan yang terbaik, jika anda ingin mengajukan komplain maka ikuti langkah berikut :
1. Sebelum melakukan komplen pastikan bahwa transaksi telah terjadi dan sudah masuk ke server kami.
caranya : ketik : CEK.NO TUJUAN kirim ke center, pastikan sms tidak terpending, jika status sms anda masih pending cukup kirim ulang ke center yang lain (anda tidak perlu khawatir transaksi dobel, krn transaksi dobel hanya bisa dilakukan dengan format khusus).
Anda akan mendapatkan status transaksi sbg berikut:
Sedang Diproses = proses sedang berjalan d server
Menunggu jawaban = menunggu reply dari provider
Belum di proses = transaksi blm terproses d server dan dapat dibatalkan
